The student does not show under the resit item, component or assessment in the Enter Marks screen. Check these things first: Is the search box clear or any spaces or old text? Sometimes the system will keep the last value you searched for in the Assessment Hub If there is a value in the search box, clear this and see if your student appears Is the student in resit? Make sure the student is definitely in resit. You can check this in the Process Course Results screen If the student is still in first sit you'll need to ratify and publish that before they go into resit Is the resit result ratified? The student won't appear in Enter Marks if the course result has been ratified If there's still a problem continue to the information below. Cause When a student is in resit but doesn't show in the enter marks screen it's usually because there is no reassessment record for them. This can occur when the student has not failed any assessments in first sit (at the standard pass rate e.g. 40%) but has a resit record generated anyway. This can happen when: an assessment has a forced fail percentage the student has not achieved the student has passed all assessments but is forced into resit using either the FF or R grade. Resolution You won't be able to resolve this one on your own. Please email Student Systems and ask for the reassessment records to be created. Please include: the course code student number which assessment(s) the student will resit Once Student Systems create the reassessment records you'll be able to enter marks through the Enter Marks screen.
