Changes to course marks/grades

If the change to course marks/grades will impact the progression decision, you'll need to do a few actions in both the Assessment Hub and Progression & Awards.

Not all changes to course marks or grades will affect the progression decision, but if they will (or you're not sure if they will) complete the following actions. 

These actions are done across the Student Hub, Assessment Hub and Progression & Awards systems.

In the Student Hub

1. Unpublish the progression decision

In the Assessment Hub

2. Change the marks in the Assessment Hub

In Progression in Awards

3. Calculate the new progression for this student

4. Review the calculations and decisions

5. Make any edits required

6. Ratify and publish the record again when you're ready
