How to access your PGR student records

You can access your PGR student's record from your University MyEd account.

• Log into MyEd with your user name in the format uun@ed.ac.uk and your usual password.  If you experience any difficulty, please clear your browser cache and try again.
• If you can't recall your MyEd password, please use the password re-set tool.  You can select the option to have a temporary password sent to your personal email address.
• After logging into MyEd, select 'Teaching and Research'.
• Click 'EUCLID'.
• Click 'Students'
• Click  'My Students | Student Hub' to display the list of your students.

If you wish to open a student's progression annual review click 'Annual Review Monitoring | My Students’.

• The Annual Review Monitoring page will open and a list of annual reviews assigned to you will display.
• Click ‘View Review’ to open and complete your stage of the review.

If you receive an email with a link to an application to study or a student's annual progression review, you must log into MyEd before the record will open in the EUCLID system.

If you are a supervisor based in the University and you don't have access to EUCLID please request this using the Apply for a Student Systems Staff Account form.

If you are a supervisor based in an external institution, your system access will be arranged by the School that manages your supervisor appointment.   Our guidance will help you locate your student's record and annual review.
