Unallocate Cohort Lead

If a Cohort Lead is allocated to a student using the bulk assign tool in error, you can undo this allocation.

Step 1 - Login to EUCLID

Log into MyEd.

Select Teaching and Research.

Click EUCLID and follow the security prompts for your memorable word.

Click Students.

Step 2 - Access the Student Hub.

Locate the Maintain Students container and click Search for student(s) | Student Hub.

Step 3 - Search for the student.

Under Quick Search, enter the name or UUN of the student in the search field and click Search.

Step 4 - Unallocate Cohort Lead.

On the left side of the screen, locate the Programme tab. Scroll down to Programme Contacts and click Unallocate Cohort Lead.

Confirm you would like to unallocate this Cohort Lead by clicking Unallocate Cohort Lead again.

A confirmation that the change has been saved will appear and the Cohort Lead will be removed from the student's record.
