My applications portfolio tab

Guidance on the portfolio information in the applicant hub.

Some Art and Design programmes require a portfolio to be uploaded through the Applicant Hub. If your programme requires a portfolio, you will see the 'Portfolio' tab in the Applicant Hub. The requirements for the portfolio can be viewed on your programme's Degree Finder page. The portfolio tab includes the following information:

  • If you are required to submit a portfolio, more details on the requirements can be found on the degree finder page for your programme.
  • As you upload documents, they will be displayed. You can view the documents by clicking on them and you can delete any document uploaded in error before you submit your portfolio.
  • To upload a document, you will need to click the Upload document button for each document to be uploaded.
  • If you are providing links to your portfolio pieces you can click the edit links and comments to add or amend this information.
