Escalation events range in seriousness from Stage 1 to Stage 4, and are recorded in line with each School's escalations policy. Escalation events must be added to the EUCLID engagement record individually. They cannot be uploaded or amended in bulk. Meetings and Notes as Engagement Events One to one meetings with Personal Tutors and Student Support Offices for Taught students will automatically be included in the Weekly Central Data Uploads. To ensure they are picked up by the upload, the meeting data must be entered in the student's record in a specific way. To have a Meeting or Note added as an engagement point within Euclid, click on the text under 'PT or SSO Meeting – Student Engagement'. You can choose one, or multiple sets of predefined text. Additional PT or SSO notes can be added after the pre-defined text. Complete the Meeting type, Categories, Confidential and files sections as appropriate, and save. The text of the note will not become part of the engagement event; only that the meeting took place on the date recorded will become part of the engagement record. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not add text before or into the pre-defined text as this will exclude the meeting from being captured as an engagement point. Image This article was published on 2024-07-29
