1. Retrieve a student’s case, scroll down and click the "Add notes / documents" link.
2. Write a note if appropriate.
3. Click the ‘browse’ button, select the file you wish to upload give the file a name and select document type.
4. Once you have done one or both of the above, click ‘add note’ button.
5. This information will be stored at the bottom of the student’s case.
