View guidance on using EUCLID to add and edit support type categories for assigning against Support Assistants. Software pilot The 'Student Disability Service' software within EUCLID will be implemented at the beginning of February 2017. However, it should be noted that the software will be piloted for students with a temporary disability in the first instance, and only fully rolled out to all students at the beginning of the 2017/8 academic year. Maintain support types Click the "Maintain support types" link in the disability container. Image The "Maintain support types" page is displayed. All the support types on the system are displayed in the table with the relevant information. To edit the details of a funding body click the "Edit" button. Image The "Edit support type" page is displayed and the details are available to amend via the fields, radio buttons and tick boxes. Image When satisfied with the changes, click the "Save" button. You will be returned to the "Maintain support types" page. If you require to add a support type that is missing from the list, click The "Add" button. Image The "Add support types" page is displayed. Use the relevant fields, radio buttons and tick boxes to enter the information regarding the support type. Image With all the information entered, click the "Save" button.
