How to publish from the student list screen

You can publish decisions for one, many or all students from the main student list screen as long as the students you select have already been ratified.

Process Summary

  1. If appropriate, start by using the filters under Show/hide rows to reduce the list to just the students you want to publish
    • Use "hide published rows" to remove anyone that's already been published
    • Use "only show completing students" for one year masters programmes where you have some students completing and others taking the programme for the first time
  2. Select all or specific students using the tickboxes on the left
  3. Click Publish under the Change Status section on the right side of the page.

The status for your selected students will then change to "Published".
