How to change in Progression & Awards

You can change the selection status for one student and course at a time through the Course marks profile in a student's individual progression record.

Process summary

  1. Click the edit button on the end of the student’s progression line to access their individual record
  2. Click the "Course marks profile" tab
  3. For the course you want to change, click the current selection status (a blue link under the Selection status column)
    • This will open the "Change enrolment details" pop up box
  4. Change the enrolment rule, selection and/or programme year
  5. Click Save changes

This changes the selection status for that course only. If you need to change it for the same student but for other courses, repeat Steps 3 - 5 above.

If you want to change the selection statuses on courses for another student, return to the main student list screen and repeat Steps 1 - 5 above for the other student(s).
