Who can view student engagement events in EUCLID?Any staff with the EUCLID Student Lookup tool can view a student's engagement record.Postgraduate Research [PhD, MSc(R), Visiting Research] students can view their own student engagement record. However, they cannot upload documents such as reports of supervisor meetings to their records.PGT and UG students cannot view their engagement record in EUCLID. Who can add student engagement events to EUCLID?EUCLID restricts the ability to add or amend engagement events to the following groups.Personal Tutors and Supervisors can, by default, add or amend engagement events in their own students' records.Administrators with appropriate access and who are based in Schools or Colleges can add or amend an engagement event in a student's record.If you are an administrator and require access to upload student engagement events, complete the access request form and select the 'Student Admin Power User' option. Engagement ReportingOnce engagement data is entered in EUCLID, it must be monitored and reviewed regularly.
