Guidance on retrieving, updating and confirming Support Assistant time sheets within EUCLID. Clik the 'Manage assistants' recorded hours' option in the Student Tab of EUCLID. If you can not see this option, you have not been set up with permission to access this data. Please contact the Assistant Director: Business Administration at the Student Disability Service who authorises access. Image The search facility is displayed. You can choose any combination or just one of the options of: Support Assistant Student Support Date parameters Support Type (eg proofreader) Status of timesheet (eg pending) Submission date parameters Payroll status Invoice status Enter the relevant criteria to return what you are looking for and click 'Search'. The timesheets fitting your criteria will be listed in a table similar to the one below. Image You can look at more information on a particular line by clicking 'Edit'. The Edit recorded Hours page is displayed. Image Image There are three ways you can amend the information: You can confirm the timsheet on behalf of the student. NB: this should only be done when the student is unable to confirm on their own behalf and in discussion with the Assistant Director: Business Administration as this confirmation affects the evidence provided to funding bodies when claims for DSA are submitted. You can query the timesheet line on behalf of the student if you feel that some element of it has been entered incorrectly. It will ask you to provide details of why you are querying the entry. You can delete the hours on that line of the timesheet if you know it has been entered in error. (This will add the time back onto the student's allocation automatically.) Click 'Save' to save your changes.
