Programme change request FAQs Due to the volume of requests. It can take around 5 working days for a change request to be actioned by the Student Records Team (SRT). If your change does not appear on the Student record after 5 days have elapsed then it may be because your request did not apply to the current session and this is the reason why you are not able to see it yet. You can check this within the 'Registration progression records' section of the 'Programme' page within the Student hub.
