Guidance on creating your Degree Programme Table (DPT) using a template, including previewing the template structures, creating your DPT with the new structure as part of the intray task. DPTDPTThe guidance below will explain how to create a new DPT structure using a template. Once a programme request has been submitted to Student Systems and completed a 'DPT creation task' will be sent to the DPT editor's Intray. Image By clicking on the message you will be presented with the Intray message. Image Follow the prompts to create the DPT task which will bring you to the Select creation type screen giving you the option to use a template or copy an existing DPT. Image Select the option to use a template. Image From the drop down list select the appropriate template for your DPT structure and the start month and year. You will be given the opportunity to examine the structure before confirming. Continue and save the new template. You can now use the amend DPT function to begin creating the content for your new DPT.
