How to change the duration of a 1:1 meeting The duration of a meeting is defaulted to be 20 minutes in the electronic calendar entry that is created when the meeting is set up. Changing the duration of an existing meeting in the Personal Tutor and the Student calendars cannot be performed in EUCLID. The following actions should be undertaken if the change is required: Add a comment to an existing meeting/comment describing the change in the meeting duration. This will send email notification to the student including the meeting comment.
