Retrieving & Amending Collections Within the Amend DPT tool the Edit button holds the rule definition options. Here you may amend or create Collections. The title of the school collection relates to the credit levels involved and the schedules relating to the schools. Image The custom tab allows you to create your own collections. use the "search for a collections containing a course" button to look for a collection using a course relevant to your DPT. you can use the collection field to search for existing collection and the "view/edit courses in current collection" button to view the course in such collections. use the "+Create new" button to create your own collections Image The custom tab allows you to create your own collections. The Collection name field allows you to title your collection. The "add course to collection" dynamic field allows you to search for a specific course and the "Add course" button to then add this course to your new collection.
