How to view support that has been put in place for a student. The student’s record on EUCLID has a section entitled 'student support' (normally directly under personal information). This holds information in relation to that student's disability. If you can’t see this section you do not have permission to view student disability information. If you feel you need access to this information, contact the Disability & Learning Support Service (DLSS) to establish if you should have this access.How to search for a student's recordThere are four subheadings in this section which when expanded will contain the following information:Disability Details: holds information on the student’s disability code, consent to pass on information, DSA funding status (HESA records) and if any information regarding their disability was provided by the student in their application. SDS staff can update the codes and consent using this section. How to update a student's disability code and consent informationSDS Case History: will list any historical or current ‘cases’ for this student. Cases are records of contact and appointments that student has had with the Service.
