How to access your student's annual review

An email with a link will be sent when the annual review is submitted to you.  You must log into your MyEd account before the review will open in the EUCLID system.

From MyEd.  Alternatively, you can go to the review directly from your MyEd account.  This is particularly useful if you experience issues using the link in the email.

• Log into MyEd with your user name in the format uun@ed.ac.uk and your usual password.  If you experience any difficulty, please clear your browser cache and try again.
• If you can't recall your MyEd password, please use the password re-set tool.  You can select the option to have a temporary password sent to your external email address.
• After logging into MyEd, select 'Teaching and Research'.
• Click 'EUCLID'.
• Click 'Students'.
• Click 'Annual Review Monitoring | My Students’.  The Annual Review Monitoring page will open and a list of annual reviews assigned to you will display.
• Click ‘View Review’ to open and complete your stage of the review.

New to MyEd?

• If you have just received your user name and temporary password, this section explains how to complete your MyEd account set up.
• From MyEd, select 'Set up your University Login'.
• Enter your username and single use password.
• Tick the box indicating that you have read and accept the University Computing Acceptable Use Policy.
• Follow the prompts on the following pages to complete your account set up and create a new password.
• Use the new password on future logins to MyEd.
