This page covers how to prepare for Programme and Awarding Boards, including running reports in BI Suite. In preparation for the board, you should make sure you have:Calculated the progression/award decisions (view guidance on calculating)Reviewed the progression/award calculations and decisions (view guidance on reviewing calculations and decisions)Made any edits required, including making any adjustments for special circumstances (view guidance on editing progression & award information)If any course marks are not yet ratified in the Assessment Hub, they will be highlighted as provisional in both the Progression & Awards tool and on the BI Report. Once you're happy with the progression records, mark them as ready for the board and prepare the Programme Board Reports. How to mark as ready for board You can change the status to "ready for board" for one or more students from the main student list screen, or for a single student through their individual progression record.
