Introduction As a Disability Advisor, you need to keep EUCLID up to date with the status of the following: progress of 'Support assessment' status (i.e. the meeting with the student that resulting in the 'Needs Assessment Report') progress of the study support package status (i.e. funding application and approval) Support assessment status You can maintain the 'Support assessment status' by clicking on the 'Edit' button within the 'Personal' page for the retrieved student record in EUCLID. Image This will display the 'Support assessment status' above the 'Support types required' for the student. Image The status needs to be maintained from 'Not assessed' to 'Assessment in progress' when a meeting has been arranged with the student, to 'Assessment complete' when the meeting has taken place and the 'Needs Assessment report' has been agreed. Support package status Each support package created for each support type needs to be updated, from 'Pending', to 'Applied' and finally 'Approved. You should create the support package in EULCID based upon the 'Needs Assessment Report'. You should update the 'Status' of a student's support package from 'Pending' once the student applied for, and then secured funding for the individual packages.
