Additional or repeat reviews

A student may need more than one review in the same academic year

Only one review at a time

  • A student can have only one review open at any time.
  • If the student's review has become delayed, EUCLID will not open another until the earlier review has been completely signed off.

Repeat reviews

  • A supervisor may recommend their student undertakes a repeat review within three months.
  • The first review must be completely signed off before the next one can be opened.
  • A repeat review is opened manually by the PGR administrator.
  • It will cancel the next scheduled annual review therefore administrators should manually schedule the next review to open when it was originally due to start.

For example.  A student's review opens on 1 May 2025. Their Principal Supervisor recommends that a repeat annual review must be undertaken within three months before confirmation of progression.  The repeat review is opened shortly after the first review is signed off.  This review will cancel the next review automatically scheduled to open on 1 May 2026.  In order to keep the student's annual reviews on track the administrator should manually schedule the next annual review to open on 1 May 2026.  The annual rollover process will automatically schedule future annual reviews after this date.
