Flagging course results

Guidance on flagging course results for Programme Boards to consider disregarding from progression/award calculations.

Adding a flag

  1. In Assessment Hub, go to the Process Course Results screen.

  1. Use the tick-boxes on the left to select the student(s).

  1. Use the blue “Action” button, and select the “Add/Edit flag” function.

  1. Select the flag you need from the drop-down list, and click the “Save changes” button.

  1. The flag should now appear next to the student’s UUN on the Process Course Results screen.

    If you hover your cursor over the flag, you will see its full description.

Changing a flag

Same steps as adding a flag, but simply select the new flag you need.

Removing a flag

Same steps as adding a flag, but please choose from the below options:

  • CR - Course impact now resolved
    • The flag will become CR rather than disappearing from the Process Course Results screen.
  • ER - Course impact marked in error
    • The flag will completely disappear from the Process Course Results screen.

Viewing the flag in Progression & Awards

The flag in Assessment Hub will appear on the student’s progression record.
