How to create, edit and close a Schedule of Adjustments.

On the student’s record in EUCLID, scroll down to the Schedule of adjustments section.

How do I create a Schedule of Adjustment (SoA)

In the Schedule of adjustment section, click on the Edit button and select "Create schedule of adjustments"

At the top are two text fields where you can add details about the student's impairment and/or medical information.  This information will go to the School staff who receive the SOA so the student must be comfortable with the information written in these fields.  The Schools do not receive the student's disability code so if the student wants the School staff to know their disability, this is where it should be included.

The Schedule review date only needs to be filled in if this is a SoA for a temporary disability (eg broken arm) so that we can contact the student on that date to check if they still need support, and if not, close the SoA.

The adjustments are organised into categories. 

Tick the boxes next to the adjustments you would like to put in place for the student. 

Some adjustments have the option of adding additional information.   If this option is available this will be revealed as you tick the box.  If you wish to add this option to an adjustment, a member of the Management Team can add this feature to the adjustment.

If any of the adjustments have qualifying statements that are related to the student’s courses, these will be displayed in red against the adjustment.  This allows you to review and clarify any exceptions with the student.

Once all relevant adjustments have been chosen and information has been entered, click ‘Save & view draft’ button at the bottom of the page.  The draft/unpublished SoA will then be displayed for review. 

Once you have reviewed the SoA and are happy for it to be published, click the ‘Publish Schedule of adjustments’ button at the bottom of the page. 

If you wish to save it but not publish it yet, click the ‘Exit’ button at the bottom left of the page.

If further edits are needed, click the ‘Edit’ button.

The SoA is then displayed on the student’s record, this is only visible to those with an appropriate role within the system

How do I close a Schedule of Adjustment?

In the student’s record, click the "Edit" button and select "Edit schedule of adjustment"

Underneath the "Published" date and name select the "Close schedule of adjustments" link
