View guidance on importing the structure of a similar Degree Programme Table (DPT) to your DPT, and using this copied structure as your template. When you're amending a DPT you have the option to import the structure of an existing DPT and overwrite your DPT. This option is more appropriate for newly created DPTs and will be useful if you were unable to find a suitable template from the create DPT task. Image Click on the 'Import DPT' button. This will open a new window to allow you to search and select the DPT you want to copy from. Image Click on the 'Continue' button once you have selected the DPT you want to copy from. Please note that whilst the search facility allows you to select the DPT structure by the year, the process will import the entire structure and overwrite your current DPT. Image This will display the DPT structure you want to copy from, and allow you to review the structure before commiting to the import. Click on the 'Confirm import' button to copy the DPT structure to your current DPT. An operation to overwrite you current DPT with the existing DPT structure will take place and when complete, you will be able to continue to edit your DPT.
