A student's annual review will not appear while an interrupted period of study is in progress on their record. Before requesting the interruption Please check the student's record before submitting a request for their interruption of study. Check the Assessment page to see if an annual review is scheduled or in progress. If an annual review is scheduled, EUCLID will re-schedule it to open shortly after the interruption period. If the student has an annual review in progress before the start of the interruption period, this review will be archived for the duration of the interruption. After the interruption period has ended Archived annual reviews will re-appear in the student record after it comes out of interruption and the student becomes fully matriculated again. If the student did not have an annual review before they entered the period of interruption, one will automatically be created shortly after the interruption period ends. EUCLID will open a new annual review two days following the final day of interruption [the day after the student becomes fully matriculated]. If you believe the annual review should be held at a later date, you should delete and re-schedule the review as appropriate. This article was published on 2024-07-29
