Viewing messages

Guidance on viewing new messages sent to you within your Student Support Team tool within MyEd.

Every time a new item is posted to your Student Support Team tool, you'll receive an email to your University email address, notifying you that you have an unread message.

You will also be able to see any unread items within the Student Support Team tool.

You can view your unread items by clicking on the You have X unread item(s) button.
