You must publish awards for students intending to graduate by the deadline. If you miss the deadline you will not be able to publish the award in APT and need to contact Student Systems instead. The award publication deadlines are set out on the Student Systems Key Dates page.Once the deadline has passed, award publication in Progression & Awards will be temporarily switched off until the graduation ceremonies have been completed.If you try to publish an award in APT while publication is switched off, you'll see a message pointing you to a guidance page: Awards processing around graduations. Please refer to that guidance for information on how to get an award published in time for graduations.The publication restriction does not impact the publishing of progression decisions which you can still do as normal.
