If your application was submitted more than a week ago and you still haven't received your login details for MyEd and tracking your application, then we can resend these to you if you know your University username (UUN). Your UUN will be on any emails we send you regarding your application to study at the University.1. Go to https://www.ease.ed.ac.uk/password/2. Enter your UUN and click the 'Continue' button3. If your UUN is matched to a personal e-mail address, click 'Email temporary password' to e-mail a new temporary password to your personal e-mail address4. If your UUN is not matched to a personal e-mail address but you have registered security questions, click the 'Use security questions' button to answer your questions and reset your password5. Once you've received the email, or reset your password, go back to MyEd to register and access your application6. If you are not able to e-mail a temporary password or to reset your password, please contact the IS Helpline for assistance.
