Process course results

Calculate, change grades, ratify and publish course results for one or more students at the same time from the Process Course Results screen. You can also unratify, unpublish and undo resits from here.

Select the students you want to process and choose the action from the Action menu. Use the Search box and Filters to help find your students.

The guidance below explains each action in more detail.

You can filter or sort the list of students in Process Course Results and complete actions on the filtered/sorted list. You can also search for specific students by UUN, exam number or name.

You can calculate and recalculate course results throughout the year. The final results won't be correct though until all item or assessment marks have been entered.

You can change the grade for multiple students from the Process Course Results screen or for an individual student from their little i button.

If a student's grade has been changed to a non-standard one (e.g. null sit) and you need to override this change to calculate a new result, you can do this from Process Course Results screen.

You can ratify course results from the Process Course Results screen or from an individual student's little i button.

Superusers can unratify course results for one or more students from the Process Course Results screen or from an individual student's little i button.

You can publish course results for one or more students from the Process course results screen, or for an individual student from their little i button.

You can unpublish course results for one or more students from the Process course results screen, or for an individual student from their little i button.

Superusers can remove a resit record if it's no longer required or if you need to make changes to the first sit record.

You can flag course results that you would like programme boards to consider disregarding from award or progression calculations.
