Course Board Reports in BI Suite

Guidance and tips for running the Course Board Report in BI Suite.

"Export marks" function in Assessment Hub

If you only wish to see the assessment and course marks currently stored in EUCLID, please simply export the marks from Assessment Hub (see screenshot below) instead of running a Course Board Report in BI.

This would help maintaining the best performance of the BI Suite reporting.

Data/student missing from the report

  • Check if the data look correct in Assessment Hub.
    • BI Course Board Report only retrieves data currently stored in Assessment Hub.
  • Check if any filters have been applied on the webpage.
    • In the below screenshot, the "Exam Number" filter was applied and one value was selected, hence the report will only display this one student.

Error messages when running the report

  • Error message "No data in mark scheme"
    • When entering the prompts, course code were in lower case letters rather than captical letters (e.g., entered ecnm rather than ECNM).
    • Course result have not been calculated (meaning the statistics cannot be worked out, but it is still possible to see a draft version of the report without the final overall course mark).
