Friday 2^nd October: Deadline for course setup

Friday 2^nd October: Deadline for assessment and extension information to be entered in APT

Friday 2^nd October: Deadline for student course enrolments (except with special permission as per regulations)

Wednesday 7^th: Cancel new and continuing students who have completed no matriculation action (excluding part-time intermittent students)

Friday 9^th: Exam timetabling deadline for student course enrolments/removals

Friday 23^rd at 12 noon: Deadline for ratified course marks to be in EUCLID following course boards (to be published to students by noon on 2^nd November)

Monday 26^th: Start of Teaching Block 2

Wednesday 28^th: Cancel or withdraw students who have failed to complete matriculation (excluding part-time intermittent students)

Friday 30^th: Deadline for student course removals for courses starting in Sem1 - only withdrawals allowed after this date

As per the withdrawal and exclusion policy

Monday 2^nd November at 12 noon: Deadline for publication of awards and course marks for students who are due to graduate in Winter

Monday 2^nd: Graduation application form closes at 12 noon for students wishing to attend a winter ceremony

Tuesday 3^rd: Report to UKVI begins for students eligible for Graduate Route visa following awards deadline

Friday 6^th: Exam timetable published to students

Two weeks in advance of graduation ceremonies starting

Monday 30^th: PG EERS rollover and 2026/27 reports created, deletion of PG EERS reports created more than 5 years ago

Friday 4^th December: End of Teaching Block 2

Teaching delivery period slots created for 2027/28

Exam revision

Examiner terms and references to be set up by 27^th November for any final 2025/6 reports

Created at the same time as next year’s timetabling database

Monday 1^st: Graduation ceremonies allocated to taught students in EUCLID

Monday 15th: Graduation  registration form opens to students

Opened once schools have agreed ceremony allocations, opens in March so it is ahead of exam period for students
