Planned downtime for SCS: Student Counselling Service

There will be an OS upgrade to the server on Tuesday 7th October which will result in downtime for the SCS: Student Counselling Service.

This work is expected to take place from 10am-11am during which the SCS system will be unavailable.

Planned downtime for Extensions and Exceptional Circumstances systems

There will be a release to the EC systems taking place on Tuesday 7th October, which will require downtime for:

• student assessment support portal
• staff admin dashboard

This work is expected to take place from 9am-10am during which those systems will be unavailable, and following this work they will be deemed as ‘at risk’ until 11am.

There will be a further release to the EC systems taking place on Wednesday 8th October, which will require downtime for:

• staff admin dashboard

This work is expected to take place from 9am-10am during which those systems will be unavailable, and following this work they will be deemed as ‘at risk’ until 11am.
