Information on planned downtime Downtime for Annual RegistrationThere will be a release to the student annual registration form taking place on Tuesday 25th November 2025.This work is expected to take place from 9am-2pm during which this system will be unavailable, and following this work it will be deemed as ‘at risk’ until 5pm. Upgrade of IDMAn upgrade of the Identity Management System (IDM & VRS) has been scheduled for Monday 1st December 9am until Tuesday 2nd December at 2pm.This will mean that while new Admissions applications can be submitted during that time, they will not move into Euclid immediately, and will be queued until the end of the upgrade window.
