Information on planned maintenance and resulting system downtime.

Planned downtime for Extensions and Exceptional Circumstances systems

There will be a release for the EC systems taking place on Wednesday 12th November, which will require downtime for:

  • student assessment support portal
  • staff admin dashboard

This work is expected to take place from 9am-10am during which those systems will be unavailable, and following this work they will be deemed as ‘at risk’ until 10.30am.

 

 

Information on unplanned downtime

There is currently no known unplanned downtime or performance issues. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact StudentSystems@ed.ac.uk.
