The Trustees of the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund (CCSF) are pleased to announce the availability of funds for a number of £5,000 scholarship awards to Canadian citizens for the academic year commencing September 2025.

Chevening scholarships are the UK government's global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations.

The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the United Kingdom (CSC) is responsible for managing Britain’s contribution to the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP).

The University of Edinburgh has three Commonwealth Shared Scholarships to offer for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The University will offer PhD scholarships for students starting their PhD research at the University in the 2025-2026 academic session.

An agreement has been made between the University of Edinburgh and the Association of Turkish Alumni and Students in Scotland, to establish and fund an award for Turkish PhD students at the University of Edinburgh. There will be 10 awards made in the academic year of 2025/26. Each award will consist of a one-off payment of £300.
