This year, in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, the University of Edinburgh will be offering five scholarships for students, across Mexico, Ghana, Malaysia, Turkey and Vietnam applying for an eligible one-year postgraduate Masters programme for the 2024-2025 academic session. Image GREAT Scholarships 2024, launched by the British Council's Study UK campaign together with a number of other UK universities, supports students from 18 countries to access world-class UK higher education opportunities. The Study UK campaign is offering 150 scholarships from UK universities to students across 18 countries around the world. The scholarship programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one year postgraduate study in the UK. Students can apply for courses in a range of subjects, at the 41 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Award Each scholarship will award an amount of £10,000 which will be deducted from your tuition fees and will be tenable for one academic year. Eligibility At the University of Edinburgh, the Scholarships will be awarded to nationals and residents of Mexico, Ghana and Malaysia who are accepted for admission on a full-time basis for an eligible one-year on campus postgraduate Masters programme of study. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain, the overseas equivalent of a UK first-class honours degree. Applying Eligible applicants should complete an online scholarship application.
