The online Introduction to High Performance Computing scholarship aims to support professional development in the HPC space by making this introductory course more accessible. The recipients are expected to continue their studies up to the level of postgraduate certificate or higher. Awards EPCC is offering up to 2 scholarships covering the fees of the online 20-credit Practical Introduction to High Performance Computing course – the current course fees are £2,125. These awards will be tenable for 1 academic year and will be automatically deducted from your tuition fee. Eligibility These scholarships are offered to applicants for the online programmes (MSc, PG Diploma or PG Certificate) in High-Performance Computing and High Performance Computing with Data Science.The scholarships will be awarded to new applicants who have applied for admission to a postgraduate taught degree programmes of study at the University commencing in September 2025. Applicants must have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level or have equivalent work experience. Applying Eligible applicants should complete an online scholarship application.In order to gain access to the scholarship application system applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh.
