Students may receive financial assistance from the Bequest if they are, in the opinion of the Bequest Trustees, in circumstances requiring and deserving of assistance, and if They were born within the parish of Crieff, or Their mother or father was ordinarily resident there at the time of their birth, or Their mother or father was ordinarily resident in the Burgh of Kirkcaldy at the time of their birth.
