If you are a student with EU tution fee status who commenced an undergraduate programme of study in academic year 2020-2021 and wish to transfer to year 1 of a new programme in academic year 2021-2022 and are currently funded by SAAS, please see below. Students with EU nationality only You will need to provide evidence to the University and SAAS of pre or settled status under the EU settlement scheme. This will ensure that your level of tuition fee remains at your current rate and that SAAS consider your funding as a continuing student. Failure to do this will result in the international rate of tuition fee being charged for your new programme and will result in your funding being withdrawn by SAAS. Further information regarding EU funding can be found on the SAAS website. Students from the RUK who have been granted EU tuition fee status – UK/dual nationals If your tuition fees are currently being funded by SAAS this is likely to be withdrawn (you will need to confirm this with SAAS). Your tuition fee status will be re-assessed for the new programme as RUK and the tuition fees (excluding Graduate entry Vet and Law) will be £9,250 – If eligible you will be able to obtain a tuition fee loan from Student Loans Company. Republic of Ireland National living in the ROI Tuition fees would not be funded by SAAS under the previous arrangement and your fee status will be re-assessed to the ROI tuition fee level of £9,250 – If eligible you would be able to apply for a tuition fee loan from SAAS to cover these fees.
