The University of Edinburgh has partnered with the Bseisu Foundation (https://www.bseisufoundation.org) to provide scholarships for displaced students from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine to undertake masters programmes in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Eligibility To be eligible for the Bseisu-University of Edinburgh Scholarship 2026/2027, applicants:must be nationals of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon or Palestinemust be refugees or displaced, including internal displacementmay be domiciled in any country outside the UK.You must also meet all the academic entry requirements of your chosen degree programme, including English language proficiency.You will be offered a free English test if you are awarded the scholarship.This scholarship is for STEM full-time, on campus Master’s programmes at the University of Edinburgh. STEM programmes are offered by the University’s College of Science and Engineering. Funding Full funding for overseas student tuition fees.A Stipend of £20,780 to cover living expenses (including accommodation, bills, travel and food) whilst you are studying in Edinburgh.Travel costs will be fully covered (including visa costs, NHS surcharge, flights and any travel accommodation).There are 2 scholarships available. Application Process You must apply for your chosen degree programme before you apply for this scholarship. You will be provided with a UUN (University User Number) once you have applied for your degree programme. You will be asked for your UUN when applying for the scholarship. You can't be awarded this scholarship if you’re not admitted to your chosen degree programme.
