Where to find information on the University's Complaints Handling Procedure. The University’s Complaint Handling Procedure has two stages. Firstly, students should usually try to resolve any problems locally, by speaking to the appropriate staff member(s) as early as possible. If this does not resolve matters, the student can submit a complaint form (available at the link below) to request that their complaint is investigated at Stage 2 of the procedure. Students are encouraged to talk to the Students’ Association Advice Place before submitting a complaint. More information is available on the University website.
