Processes for annual monitoring, review and reporting are in place across all credit-bearing provision and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and support systematic reflection and enhancement Annual Monitoring, Review and Reporting Policy Arrangements for 2023-24 Reporting The following changes have been made to the templates for 2023-24: School template – a new Student Outcomes reporting box has been added (with a specific prompt to reflect on any differences in attainment for different student demographic groups) and the guidance for the postgraduate research reporting box has been revised to ensure consistent reporting on key issues. Specific guidance for each reporting box (including word counts) has been included with clear direction on what is expected for UG/PGT/PGR reporting. The templates also have some minor formatting changes (for ease of reference) and ordering changes (with institutional priorities moved higher up the template and actions planned for the coming year moved to the last reporting box). Programme template – the following three new reporting boxes have been added to the template (bringing the total to 10): Institutional Priority: Student Support (to align the Programme template with the School/Deanery template); Student Outcomes (with a specific prompt to reflect on any differences in attainment for different student demographic groups); Actions for the coming year. Specific guidance for each reporting box (including word counts) has been included with clear direction on what is expected for UG/PGT/PGR reporting. Schools will decide on the optimum clustering of programmes. All credit bearing courses offered by a School are included. All programmes are monitored annually.
