These regulations apply to taught and postgraduate research assessment for courses and programmes assessed in the academic year 2024/25.

Taught Assessment Regulations

The Taught Assessment regulations apply to undergraduate degrees, diplomas and certificates, for assessed courses. They also apply to postgraduate one-year full time masters degrees, diplomas and certificates by coursework or research (and their part-time equivalents) and, where appropriate, to the taught components of other postgraduate research degrees involving coursework.

 

Postgraduate Assessment Regulations for Research Degrees

The Postgraduate Assessment Regulations for Research Degrees apply to all postgraduate research degrees which are assessed solely or primarily on performance in a single thesis/project report.
