We will contact you with the date, time and location of your appointment. You will need to bring your passport and evidence of when you entered the UK. If you received an entry stamp in your passport when you entered the UK, you can just bring your passport. If you didn’t receive an entry stamp, you will need to bring your boarding pass or another document showing your travel dates. Step 3: Apply to extend your visa and attend your second appointment After you have completed your Pre-sessional English Language programme, you will be issued with a new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), which you will use to extend your visa. Once you have applied to extend your visa, you should book a second appointment for International Check-in and attend this with proof of your visa application. After you have attended this appointment, you will be temporarily matriculated and able to start your programme. However, you will still need to complete step 4 once your visa has been approved. When you receive your new CAS, it is important that you check the information carefully before confirming the details. Step 4: Provide evidence of your new Student visa and attend a third appointment Once your Student visa application has been approved you will have to book and attend a final appointment as part of your International Check-in. This is because we need to see evidence that your visa has been granted.
