Students with other types of permission

Find out the process for International Check-in if you have another type of permission, for example Hong Kong BN(O), asylum/refugee protection, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

Steps for International Check-in using your online eVisa access

If you cannot get online eVisa account access, you will skip step 2 and bring all relevant immigration visa documents in-person for step 3.

What to do if you’re bringing dependants

If you are in the UK with dependants and you have chosen to collect their BRPs from the University, you will need to attend International Check-in with all your dependants. Everyone will need to bring their passport to this appointment, including young children.

You must complete the form provided to arrange the collection of your dependants’ BRPs. You should contact us using the form below and we will confirm to you if we have received the BRPs before you make an appointment.

Please note that BRPs for groups of people do not always arrive at the same time.
