Please note this process is ran every Monday therefore your double booking may not be cancelled until the following Monday. Booking Confirmation: You will not receive a separate confirmation email for your booking, as it will automatically create an event in your timetable. You will be notified of the location when you make your booking. Your appointment will be visible in the Timetables app. Booking Verification: We cannot confirm appointment bookings via email. Instead of emailing us, please check your Timetables app to verify your appointment appears for the date you selected. If your appointment is visible in the Timetables app, your booking is confirmed. Booking Amendment: If you need to change your booking, please find instructions hereWhat happens if I do not complete this step? You must complete International Check-In as part of matriculation before you can commence your studies. Until you do so, your access to course-specific materials and digital platforms (e.g. Learn) will be limited — you'll still be able to log in and view general, pre-arrival, and induction content, but not your course content. If you do not complete International Check-In, your student record is at risk of cancellation. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your studies.
