Question for the Fees team?

Please note we are not able to discuss fee status on the phone. Please complete a Fees contact form instead using the link above. We cannot advise on fee status through any channel if you have not yet submitted your application, instead please see our Work Out Your Fee Status webpage.

The Fees Team can be contacted on 0131 650 2230, Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. During this time, when the phone lines are busy, the line will ring out rather than an engaged tone, please be patient and we will get to your call as soon as possible. Question about paying tuition fees, payment plans or refunds?

Question about scholarship availability?

I have completed the Fees contact form or emailed the Fees team but have not had a response. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 5 working days. However, during busy periods, such as the start of the academic year, please expect our response to take up to 7 working days.

I am withdrawing from the University or repeating my studies. Please see the relevant Interruption and Withdrawal policies to determine the relevant tuition fees.

I have not received my maintenance loan. Please complete the Fees contact form.  Urgent enquires will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

I have received my invoice but I do not agree with the amount I have been charged. Please complete the Fees contact form with full details.  The Fees and Student Support Team will then review this against your student record and respond to you.
