Out of Hours Charges

Information about Out-Of-Hours charges for Staff bookings

If a room is required outside its normal opening hours then charges are applied to cover the costs involved.

These charges have 3 parts:

Servitor - Covers the opening and closing of buildings and in some cases the setting up of the room.
Cleaning - Covers the costs of cleaning the room after the event.
Utilities - Covers power and heating for the venue.

Student societies can only request room bookings within building opening hours. Please see here for building opening hours.

For buildings not opened on weekends, a 4-hour minimum servitor charge will be applied.
