We are offering a range of operational and strategic reports and analytics relating to student timetable and estate utilisation.

Strategic Dashboards

Please visit the Insights Hub to access the dashboards, such as:

  • Core Teaching Dashboard: summarising the core teaching hours of students per school.
  • Group Change Request Forms Dashboard: analysing number of forms submitted by students and reasons provided.
  • Teaching Change Request Forms Dashboard: analysing number of forms submitted by schools and reasons provided.
  • Utilisation Dashboard: tracking room usage efficiency and availability.
  • Quality Dashboard: evaluating key indicators of student timetable quality, focusing on post-publication changes and adherence to student timetable constraints.
