Accessibility Information Wheelchair AccessibilityMany of the rooms across the University of Edinburgh campus are listed as accessible. Booker, the room booking system, has details on which rooms are considered to be wheelchair accessible. The timetabling unit can also offer advice on suitable rooms. Please note that although a room may be listed as 'wheelchair accessible', a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan is required for all staff and students unable to self-evacuate in an emergency. Provision for visitors who are unable to self-evacuate is the responsibility of the organiser of the event/meeting. While the School is responsible for preparing this, staff and students should confirm the evacuation arrangements. Further information regarding the accessibility and facilities of the buildings in the University of Edinburgh campus can be found in AccessAble. Other Accessibility RequirementsIf a member of staff or student has a specific accessibility requirement which should be taken into account in regards to their timetable please contact the relevant School to ensure this information is included in the timetabling planning process.Where changes are required to the timetable please complete the Teaching Change Request Form and the Timetabling Unit will process the request.
