Learning and Teaching Conference The annual University of Edinburgh Learning and Teaching Conference brings together staff and students to celebrate and share good practice and innovation in learning and teaching. Online courses The Academic Development team offers a suite of self-paced online courses for staff. This includes courses on Fundamentals of Teaching, Fundamentals of PhD Supervision, Fundamentals of PhD Examination, and Competence Standards and Reasonable Adjustments. Networks The Academic Development team runs internal networks for staff: Boards of Studies network, Directors of Teaching network, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) network, and ENGAGE our student engagement network for staff and students.
