Confirm your certificate mailing address

The information on this page is for those without an active University login to update their certificate mailing address

If you are not attending your graduation ceremony, your degree will be conferred in absentia at the graduation ceremony. We will then send your degree certificate to the address you provide following the completion of the graduation ceremonies.

You must provide your address by 15 June for your certificate to be posted in August.

If your address is submitted after 15 June, or if we have any issues with your address and need to contact you, your certificate may be sent in September 2026.

For any address change please send your request by emailing us at infopoint@ed.ac.uk.
