Confirm your certificate mailing address

The information on this page is for those who are not attending a graduation ceremony and want to confirm their certificate mailing address.

If you are not attending your graduation ceremony, your degree will be conferred in absentia at the graduation ceremony. Following the completion of the graduation ceremonies, we will send your degree certificate to the address you provide.

You must provide your address by 15 June for your certificate to be posted in August.

If your address is submitted after 15 June, or if we have any issues with your address and need to contact you, your certificate may be sent in September 2026.

Students with an active University login can use our online form to confirm their certificate mailing address

Students whose University login has expired can email us to confirm their certificate mailing address

Please send your certificate mailing address by email to infopoint@ed.ac.uk
